Challenges

• Create a sustainable and relevant space for concentration and complementarity
• Information and knowledge sharing

Actions

• Build our capacity in ICT through training
• Undertake research and publish results of this research through the site of the network
• Creation of a website

Comments

• Build a strong partnership with opinion leaders, government, major stakeholders
• Use Yahoo group or free wiki instead of website creation
